Having started bodybuilding in 2012 after meeting coach Patrick Tuor. In Nicholas’ own words…”Before bodybuilding I was playing soccer but had a serious injury. Because of this injury I could no longer play at the same level so I made the switch to another sport that I enjoyed – bodybuilding. After training for a while and making some serious gains I met some people who encouraged me to compete; and the rest is history.
I have three idols, or should I say, three people who inspire me most. First off, my mom. My mother is the strongest person I know and I’m trying to make her proud of me through my accomplishments in bodybuilding.
Second, my coach Patrick Tuor. I have a lot of respect for the person he is, the work he does, and his professionalism when it comes to guiding me in and out of the gym. He had an amazing bodybuilding career before becoming the great coach and a great friend. I hope I will be able to have the same successful career and make him proud.
And finally Flex Lewis. I have followed his career from day one. Not only do I like his physique but also love what he represents for the bodybuilding industry as a whole. He is humble, has a great outlook on life and career, and is a great example for anyone who wishes to follow the bodybuilding lifestyle.
My goal is to become one of the best bodybuilders in the world and be a role model to many. I want to prove that you can do something great in life if you push hard enough and life pushes back. It’s all about hard work and will!
My dream is to move to the USA in the near future and to develop my career as a bodybuilder and personal trainer.”

Mariella began her career as a model and a dancer for several television programs. But her passion had always been sports and so she decided to become a bikini competitor.
She won her IFBB pro league card at the Olympia Amateur in Liverpool, after having placed 4th at the Arnold Classic USA, her first competition in the US.
She then began her professional career in 2017, placing 6th at the Omaha Pro and 2nd two weeks later at the Prestige Crystal cup, missing a qualification for the 2017 Olympia by only ONE point!
Through her hard work and dedication in 2018 she won 3 consecutive competitions, the Galaxy Pro, San Marino Pro and the Veronica Gallegro Classic, finally winning her qualification to compete in this year’s Ms. Olympia.
started training in 2009 while he was still in college because, as he says, “I needed something to do in between my long class breaks.” Though only 146 pounds at the time, he discovered that he was stronger than his friends who had been training since high school and slowly he began to put on muscle, gradually developing an intense passion for bodybuilding, as well as an award winning physique.
Akim began competing on the bodybuilding stage in 2010, participating in seven amateur and national level shows, taking three overall wins; at the Bill Grant Classic (2010), Eastern’s USA’s (2012), and North Americans (2013) and then achieving four top-five finishes combined before turning professional as a superheavyweight at the 2013 IFBB North Americans Championships.
Akim Williams now packs some of the thickest, most dense muscle in the IFBB! Since then he has won the Tampa Pro in 2016 and in 2018 had two controversial 2nd placings at the Muscle Mayhem Pro and the Toronto Supershow Pro.
Some of his heaviest lifts to date, of which he is particularly proud, are an 860 lb. deadlift, an 840 lb. squat and a 550 lb. bench press. Once named “The World’s Strongest Bodybuilder” on the cover of Muscular Development magazine, Akim now is focused on the Arnold Classic.

the 1st ever UFC 115lb Champion, might be in one of the lighter weight classes but she shouldn’t be taken lightly; she is fierce. Back in high school, Carla always had a love and passion for high intensity combat sports. She proved herself to be a top competitor on the boys wresting team. There was something about the intensity and focus that made her fall in love with the sport of fighting.
Carla continued her passion for being on the mat, and turned her dreams into a reality, when she received a contract to fight in the UFC. Now, with close to 20 wins, she is rising the ranks. Supplementing with MHP products and working closely with her trainer, top IFBB Pro Mike Saffaie, has helped her put her best efforts forward and be at the top of her game. When Carla isn’t training or kicking butt, she still enjoys being active and likes to go hiking, play tennis and basketball, and travel.

To understand Julius’ path to becoming the THE BENCH PRESS WORLD RECORD HOLDER, it best to hear about his inspiring journey from the man himself.
“My lifting career began after living a life of breaking the law and running from responsibility. I found myself in a jail cell in 2012. I had a choice to serve my time or go to a Christ centered recovery program called Friends of Sinners. I chose option 2. God used that second option to transform a junkie into one of the strongest men on the planet. In the program’s dirt floor basement was a bench and that’s where the journey began. Fast forward to 2018, I’m a husband, father, and follower of Christ by the grace of God who serves full-time at the same place my lifting journey started, but now lifting up people who are in the same position I was in. On February 17, 2018 I benched 705 pounds becoming the 5th person in history to bench 700. August 12 2019 I broke the all time World Record for Benchpress 739.6 pounds. My next goal is to reach heights that no man has ever thought about reaching and also venture in to Strong man.”
